Uygulama, yalnızca siz "Konumumdan bir sonraki geçişi bul" düğmesine bastığınızda ve izin verdiğinizde, tek seferlik olarak yaklaşık konumunuzu ister. Konum, seçtiğiniz uydunun üzerinizden ne zaman geçeceğini cihazınızda hesaplamak için kullanılır. Konumunuz kaydedilmez, saklanmaz ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. İzni dilediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarları'ndan kapatabilirsiniz; bu durumda yalnızca geçiş hesabı çalışmaz, uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.
Uygulama, uyduların yörünge verisini selcukalbut.com adresinden (HTTPS ile) indirir. Bu istek, kişisel veri veya cihazınızı tanımlayan bir kimlik içermez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi, içeriği size ulaştırabilmek için barındırma hizmeti (Netlify) IP adresi gibi teknik bağlantı bilgilerini işleyebilir; bunları sizi tanımlamak için kullanmıyoruz ve kendimiz saklamıyoruz. Uygulama CelesTrak'a veya başka bir veri kaynağına doğrudan bağlanmaz.
Son indirilen uydu verisi, internet olmadığında kullanılabilmesi için uygulamanın kendi depolama alanında saklanır. Uydu bilgileri ve görselleri uygulamanın içinde gelir. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir.
Uygulama hiçbir analitik, reklam veya izleme yazılımı kullanmaz ve kullanım alışkanlıklarınızı izlemez.
Uygulamadaki Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons ve benzeri bağlantılar tarayıcınızda açılır. Bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
Kişisel verilerinizi hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmıyoruz, çünkü sizi tanımlayan hiçbir veri bize ulaşmıyor.

The app does not require an account, does not collect any data that identifies you, contains no advertising or analytics software, and does not track you.
The app asks for your approximate location once, only when you tap "Find next pass from my location" and grant permission. The location is used on your device to work out when the satellite you chose will pass over you. It is not recorded, not stored, and never sent to any server. You can turn the permission off at any time in the iPhone Settings; only the pass calculation stops working, the rest of the app keeps working.
The app downloads satellite orbital data from selcukalbut.com over HTTPS. This request contains no personal data and no identifier of your device. As with any internet request, the hosting provider (Netlify) may process technical connection information such as your IP address in order to deliver the content to you; we do not use it to identify you and do not keep it ourselves. The app does not connect to CelesTrak or any other data source directly.
The most recently downloaded satellite data is kept in the app's own storage so it can be used when you are offline. Satellite facts and pictures come bundled with the app. Deleting the app deletes this data too.
The app does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking software and does not monitor how you use it.
Links in the app to Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and similar sites open in your browser. Those sites' own privacy policies apply.
We do not share your personal data with any third party, because no data that identifies you reaches us.
The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Orbital data comes from CelesTrak, satellite facts from Wikidata and CelesTrak, and pictures from Wikimedia Commons; the credit for every picture is shown in the app.
If this policy is updated, the "last updated" date on this page will change.
